The original fast food of Mumbai, a mouth-watering combination of mashed vegetables cooked in a blend of spices. Generally friends and family go to roadside stalls to enjoy a serving of buttery pac (bread) combined with a spicy mash of mixed vegetables. This dish originally from Mumbai is now popular all over India. Also called pav bhaji.
