Description
A favourite from Punjab, Punjabi chhole is a tangy dish of chickpeas in spiced, thick gravy of onions and tomatoes. Cooked slowly in a special sauce, its sour taste goes well with pitta breads and dinner rolls bur traditionally so with Bhatura. Just heat and eat! Also called chick pea.
