Frozen Idlis.
Idlis are a type of savoury rice cake, popular as breakfast foods throughout India and neighbouring countries like Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils and rice.
Since plain idlis are mild in taste, a condiment is considered essential. They are often served with sambar and chutneys (coconut or onion based).
